022017–2020Build the capability to challenge them.Audit analytics & risk consulting leadershipAt Deloitte and PwC, I led analytics and risk teams, built Rapier, and connected technical delivery with audit, controls, and business judgment.

    Grew and managed the Audit Analytics practice from 3 to 10+ specialists, creating a culture that bridged deep technical engineering with auditor judgment (People). Built Rapier, a mass Journal Entry Testing platform (Technology) that replaced traditional sampling guesswork with automated, repeatable control checks across 12M+ lines for 900+ engagements (Process).

    Risk Consulting Director

    PwC

    Directed a team of 20+ Risk Consulting practitioners. Orchestrated risk and finance analytics for banking and insurance clients, leading mitigation planning, automated control checks, and comprehensive forensic Fraud Health Checks.

032021–PresentConnect the work to leadership decisions.Risk analytics, international leadership & applied AII led international analytics at Ascend, advised executives on commercial performance, and built risk monitoring and ChatGPT-assisted reporting at Klarna. The work connects leadership decisions with systems that teams can use.

    Led analytics and cognitive automation on transformation programmes.

    Head of International Analytics

    Ascend Group

    Led a multinational analytics practice and advised Managing Directors and CXOs on commercial performance. Used data mining and user-behaviour analytics to investigate revenue leakage and identify opportunities to improve margins.

  3. 2022 – Present · Stockholm

    Risk Analytics Manager

    Klarna

    Proposed and built Butterfly after identifying delays and errors in manual risk reporting. Traced the source data, designed the tables and aggregation logic, and translated written risk requirements into measurable thresholds. Also designed, coded, and rolled out ChatGPT-assisted branch risk reporting, combining risk data and external news to prepare drafts that risk owners review and finalise. The workflow supports more branches with less preparation time.
